Misty Dillon

Misty Dillon has extensive experience at Newell Rubbermaid and Newell Brands since March 1996, currently serving as the Technical System Support Leader and OTC Business Process Champion, as well as the International CS Team Leader. Responsibilities include leading the INTL Team, addressing SAP-related issues for Customer Service, scheduling time off for associates, handling customer issues, and monitoring phone metrics and Salesforce. Misty holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Averett University (1999-2001) and an Associate's degree in Computer Programming from Hagerstown Business College (1986-1988).
