Miriam Fresco Agrait is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and trial advocacy. Currently serving as a Partner and Litigation Attorney at Rubenstein Law since October 2015, Miriam has built a reputation for effective legal representation. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney at Wicker Smith et. al. from December 2014 to October 2015, and as an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, where roles included Assistant Chief of County Court and Assistant State Attorney in the County Court Division from August 2011 to December 2014. Miriam holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University - College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Florida International University, complemented by a minor in Criminal Justice and a certificate in International Studies.
