Adam's expertise includes advising national hotel brands, renowned chefs, and prominent restaurants featured in Boston Magazine’s “50 Best Restaurants” List. Adam previously chaired the Board of License Commissioners for the City of Framingham, overseeing the regulation of various licensed businesses. Prior to this, Adam practiced law at the Law Office of Robert L. Allen, Jr. LLP, specializing in legal counsel for hospitality-related entities. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry Management from Middle Tennessee State University, and recent completion of the Executive Education Program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard Business School.
