Neeka Mashouf

Neeka Mashouf is the Co-Founder and CEO at Rubi Laboratories. Neeka has also worked as aSF Team Co-Founder and SF Fundraising Lead at Off Their Plate, a Product Manager at Lyft, and as a Product Manager Intern and Strategy Consulting Project Lead and Advisor at Autodesk and The Berkeley Group respectively.

Neeka is a driven and passionate leader with a history of driving growth and change within organizations. As a Product Manager at Lyft, they led the Membership Benefits team for Lyft Pink, Lyft's membership program. In this role, Neeka worked cross-functionally with design, marketing, engineering, data science, external companies/regulators, and Lyft lines of business to define product strategy and deliver value to members.

Before joining Lyft, Neeka was a Strategy Consulting Project Lead and Advisor at The Berkeley Group. In this role, they provided consulting services to clients in the technology, healthcare, and retail industries on a variety of strategic projects.

Neeka began their career as an intern in product management at Autodesk. Neeka later returned to Autodesk as a Product Management Intern before becoming a full-time employee.

In March 2020, Neeka helped launch Off Their Plate - a community relief effort that provides economic relief to restaurant workers and meals for threatened frontline healthcare staff and communities in need. Within 8 weeks of launch, Neeka and their team had established operations across 9 cities, raised $5 Million, served over 200,000 meals, and grown the team to over 200 individuals.

Neeka Mashouf has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Neeka also has a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from UC Berkeley College of Engineering.
