Ron Bassa has extensive experience in operations and recruitment, currently serving as Director of Operations Data and Employee Success Manager Data at Rubicon Cloud Advisor since June 2017. Prior to this role, Ron worked at Oefenduels.nl as Team Lead Recruitment and Corporate Recruiter, also co-founding the website. Previous positions include Lichtadviseur/Accountmanager at Avalite Verlichting, specializing in sustainable lighting solutions, and Jr. Accountmanager at Hokra, managing the account for Digideau.nl. Ron holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Commerciële Economie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, obtained in 2012.
