Carmen Lopez del Escobal has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. Carmen started their career as an Analyst in the Risk Analysis Department at Caja Rural de Zaragoza in 1998. Carmen then moved on to Arthur Andersen, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Auditor for four years. In 2002, they joined Grupo Comsa as the Responsible of the Structure Finance Department, where they managed a team and oversaw various project financing transactions around the world. After three years at Grupo Comsa, Carmen joined Depfa Bank as the Director of the Infrastructure Finance Unit. In 2008, they joined Scotia Capital as the Director of the Global Infrastructure Finance Group, focusing on infrastructure projects in Latin America. Finally, since 2011, Carmen has been working as the Managing Director & Partner at Rubicon Capital Advisors.
Carmen Lopez del Escobal studied Economics and Business Administration at the Universidad de Zaragoza. Carmen also pursued a Master's degree in Banking at IAF, specializing in Risk Analysis and Valuation. Additionally, Carmen attended Compania de Maria, although their degree and field of study are not specified.
