Pratik Shah is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal and compliance roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Rubicon Research Limited since December 2024, Pratik orchestrated IPO readiness and successfully negotiated cross-border acquisitions. Previously, as Head Legal and Company Secretary at Fiat India Automobiles Private Limited, oversight of litigation and strategic dispute resolution was a key focus. Notable achievements include leading M&A legal execution at DSM and spearheading a Greenfield project at Henkel, where efficiency in legal operations was significantly improved. Pratik's educational background includes a Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an LLB from the University of Mumbai.
