Saily Talodhikar

Saily Talodhikar is a Postdoctoral Researcher at Dr. D Y Patil Vidyapeeth- Global Business School & Research Centre, focusing on the role of AI in employee competency mapping within IT companies. Concurrently, Saily serves as an Assistant Professor (HR) and Training and Placement Coordinator at JSPM's Jayawant Institute of Management Studies and works as a Corporate and Employability Skills Trainer at Rubicon Skill Development. Saily has held previous positions as an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Education & Business Management and TSR & TBK College of Business Administration, as well as a Communication and Behavioral Coach at Masai Coding School and an HR professional at Da Vinci Schools. Saily's extensive experience in talent acquisition spans several organizations including Alike Thoughts InfoSystems and Growel Softech Ltd. Saily holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a B.Sc in Chemistry from Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce.
