Pavel Mitrofanov

Pavel Mitrofanov has extensive work experience in crystal growth. Pavel began their career in 1983 at Monocrystal as a Crystal Growth Operator, where they grew sapphire boules using a modified Kyropoulos method and trained other operators to maximize yield and output. In 2000, they joined Rubicon Technology as a Crystal Growth Engineer, responsible for growing sapphire boules using a modified Kyropoulos method and optimizing the crystal growth process for quality and yield improvements. Pavel then progressed to the role of Production Manager, where they developed improved growth techniques and equipment to support native Sapphire development and manufacturing. Later, they became a Director and Senior Director, overseeing multiple crystal growth departments and continuously improving production growth yield. Their technical expertise includes crystal growth equipment engineering, process development, and instrumentation support.

Pavel Mitrofanov obtained their Bachelor's degree between 1978 and 1983 from D.Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia. No specific field of study was provided.
