Adrien Guenebaut has a diverse range of work experience. Adrien started their career as a Process Engineering Manager at Codica Automotive SA, where they oversaw the Process Engineering Department and Maintenance operation. Adrien implemented strategies for performance improvement, budgeting, and project reviews. Adrien also focused on quality improvement through Lean Six Sigma workshops and Total quality management practices.

Adrien has experience in the food and beverage industry as well. Adrien worked as a Quality Assurance Officer at Coca-Cola Amatil, where they ensured product conformity to manufacturing standards and food safety guidelines. Adrien also investigated quality issues and customer complaints.
Their most recent role was as a Process Engineer at Rubicon Water. Adrien was responsible for manufacturing process design and support, advising on equipment usage and sourcing, monitoring and troubleshooting processes, and designing manufacturing aids. Adrien also provided support during new product development and maintained CAD/CAM files required in the manufacturing process.
In addition to their professional experience, Adrien has served as a part-time Design and Development Lecturer at Université de Strasbourg, where they mentored and taught an Innovation and Design course.
Adrien Guenebaut began their education in 1996 at Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I), where they earned an Associate degree in Industrial Engineering and Maintenance in 1998. Adrien then pursued their studies at the same university and obtained an Engineering Graduate degree in Industrial Systems Engineering in 2001. Adrien continued their education at the Ecole nationale Supérieure en Génie des Systèmes Industriels from 2001 to 2002, where they earned a DEA and a Master degree in Industrial Systems Engineering. In 2004, they attended INSA Strasbourg and completed a Specialised Master in Innovative Design and Innovation Management in 2005. Finally, Adrien Guenebaut completed their academic journey at Université Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg I) in 2008, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Industrial Engineering Science.
