Barry H. Caldwell

Barry H. Caldwell is a Principal of Wroxton Civic Ventures, which provides advisory services on financial, housing, economic development, energy, and education matters. He is also President and sole member of CFV Holdings LLC, a small production winemaking concern. He brings 16 years of waste and recycling industry experience as a member of the senior leadership team of Waste Management (NYSE: WM), where he held responsibility portfolios as Chief People Officer, Chief Legal Officer, and Senior Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications.

Caldwell serves on several nonprofit boards of directors including Discovery Green Conservancy, KIPP DC Public Schools, the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and Electrification Coalition, whose mission is to drive policies and actions to facilitate the widespread adoption of electric vehicles.

Caldwell holds an A.B. in history from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
