Catharina then worked as an Executive Assistant at C2 Staffing Solutions, where they provided customer service, analyzed invoices, and managed day-to-day operations. Catharina also worked as a Pool Manager at Stamford Yacht Club and as a Swimming Instructor, Lifeguard, and Event Coordinator at Stamford YMCA, where they supervised classes, maintained safety, and taught swim lessons. Catharina later became an Assistant Manager at YOGASMOGA, where they worked on promotional events and assisted in planning and execution. Catharina also worked as an Assistant Coordinator at Arogya Holistic Healing, managing daily operations and improving customer satisfaction. Catharina gained experience as a Private Yoga Instructor, offering personalized yoga sessions. Catharina then worked as a Manager at Trader Joe's, leading a team, monitoring inventory, and conducting training programs. Currently, they are a Client Services Lead at Rubicon, responsible for providing data reports, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing exceptional service support.
