Diamond Melhado

Diamond Melhado has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Starting as a Sales Associate at Nordstrom in 2011, Melhado then moved to a Sales Assistant at Hirshleifers in 2016 and a Senior Aftercare Clinical Assistant at CITYMD in the same year. In 2017, Melhado became a Chief Recruiting Officer at Eagle Staffing Solutions LLC, followed by a Health Project Coordinator at HCD International, Inc. in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, Melhado assumed the role of Practice Transformation Specialist at the University of Maryland Medical System, and is currently a Clinician Success Manager at RubiconMD since 2022.

Diamond Melhado has a comprehensive educational background. From 2011 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from Pace University. They then pursued a Master of Science - MS in Health Informatics Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they completed in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Asana, CareJourney, and Scrum Alliance, including an Asana Ambassador certification in November 2022, a Value Based Care Analytics Certificate in September 2022, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification in December 2022.
