Jim Garacci

Jim Garacci has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and positions. Jim most recently worked at RubiconMD as a Senior Software Engineer starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Northwestern Mutual, starting as a Systems Architect at Stark Investments in 2005, followed by Senior Software Developer at Connecture from 2012 to 2014, and Senior Software Engineer at Flextrade from 2014 to 2015. Jim then became a Tech Lead at Connecture from 2015 to 2018, before joining Northwestern Mutual again as Assistant Director of Engineering from 2018 to 2023. Throughout their career, they have also worked at Cornerstone Consulting and HighGear Consulting as a Senior Consultant, Alterra Healthcare and ProofSpace as a Software Developer. Overall, Jim Garacci has accumulated extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles.

Jim Garacci attended Rufus King High School from 1988 to 1991. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1991 to 1995.
