Jenny Costa

Jenny Costa has been an entrepreneur since 2012, when they founded and became the CEO of Rubies in the Rubble, the UK's leading 'anti food waste' brand. Prior to that, they worked as an Institutional Salesperson at Odey Asset Management from 2009.

Jenny Costa completed their MA Mathematics and Economics honours from The University of Edinburgh in 2009, having started their studies in 2005. Her field of study was Mathematics.
