Daniel Hye Hedemann is a seasoned professional in the real estate investment and asset management industry, currently serving as Partner, COO, and Head of Asset Management at RUBIK Properties since January 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel served as COO and Head of Asset Management at PBU - Pædagogernes Pension, and held positions such as Ejendomsdirektør at PFA and Portfolio Manager for Global Real Estate at PATRIZIA Immobilien AG. Daniel began a career in real estate with Sadolin & Albæk, contributing as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in valuation and financial modeling. Early experience includes a role as a student assistant at Maj Invest. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Københavns Universitet and was a visiting student at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
