Jacob Smergel-Krog is the CEO and Founder of RUBIK Properties, an international operating partner based in Copenhagen, since October 2018. With a decade of expertise in bridging international investor strategies with primarily Danish assets, Jacob previously served as the Nordic Head of Investment Management at PATRIZIA Denmark A/S from April 2013 to October 2018, where responsibilities included sourcing and acquiring real estate investments across the Nordic region. Prior experience also includes roles as Fund & Investment Manager at Thylander Gruppen, Investment Manager at Property Group, Chartered Real Estate Agent at Estate Mæglerne, and Assistant Portfolio Manager at Gudme Raaschou Investment Bank. Jacob holds a Master of Science degree in Finance & Accounting from Copenhagen Business School and has additional qualifications including MRICS from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
