Lisa Caplan

Lisa Caplan is a seasoned Bankruptcy Attorney and Partner at Rubin Lublin, LLC since April 2009, specializing in the protection of creditor rights within various bankruptcy filings across Georgia and Tennessee, while managing a high-volume department. Previously, Lisa worked as a Bankruptcy Attorney at Adorno & Yoss from October 2005 to April 2009, and at Clark & Washington from October 2004 to October 2005, where responsibilities included client representation and document preparation for bankruptcy cases. Lisa began their legal career as a Legal Intern at the University of Georgia School of Law’s Legal Aid and Defender Clinic I and II between July 2003 and January 2004. Lisa holds a JD from the University of Georgia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Policy Studies from Georgia State University.
