Beatriz García

Beatriz García is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and employee relations. Since June 2021, Beatriz has served as a People Specialist at Laboratorios Rubió, following a role as HRBP & HR Generalist at Rensika S.L. from October 2017 to June 2021. At Rensika S.L., responsibilities included designing and implementing HR policies, managing the employee lifecycle, ensuring successful payroll operations, and providing support for employee relations issues. Beatriz began their career as a Consultora de RRHH at Manpower España and SYNERGIE ESPAÑA. Academically, Beatriz holds a degree in Psychology with a focus on clinical and organizational aspects from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Master's in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, and a degree in People Analytics and Digital Talent Strategy from Leadership & Management School.
