Oliver Hawking is the Founder of RUBIX, a company established in April 2020 that specializes in creating and marketing modern workspaces that enhance user satisfaction and aesthetics while connecting businesses with their local culture. Prior to founding RUBIX, Oliver served as a Director at Colliers International UK from September 2017 to April 2020 and as an Associate Director at CBRE from September 2011 to September 2017. Oliver holds a BSc in Investment and Finance in Property from the University of Reading, where education was completed between 2008 and 2011, and attended St Peter's School in York from 2003 to 2008.
