Isabelle Zaffke has over 14 years of experience in various roles related to quality assurance and food safety in the food industry. Isabelle is currently the Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety at Rubix Foods, a position they have held since December 2019. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Technical Manager at Rubix Foods.

Before joining Rubix Foods, Isabelle worked at Southeastern Grocers from 2011 to 2015 as a Senior Technologist, where they were responsible for managing and executing product quality programs. Isabelle also provided leadership and guidance to the Quality Assurance Specialists and contributed to improving internal processes.

From 2007 to 2011, Isabelle worked at Winn Dixie Stores as a Quality Assurance Technologist, where they evaluated products for quality, ensured regulatory compliance, and handled store issues.

Prior to their roles in the food industry, Isabelle worked at Walgreens from 2002 to 2007 as a SIMS Coordinator, managing inventory control and providing store support. Isabelle also had a brief internship experience at Domaine de Saint Laurent as a Vineyard Intern in 2006.

Isabelle Zaffke holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Food Science from the University of Florida, which they earned from 2003 to 2007. Isabelle then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Food Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2012 to 2016.
