Karl Smith is currently serving as the Key Accounts Operations CI Director at Rubix UKII. Prior to this role, Karl worked at Brammer Group for over two decades, where Karl held various positions such as Commercial Manager Strategic Contracts, National Key Accounts Manager, National Key Account Project Manager, and Regional Sales & Operations Manager. Karl has extensive experience in managing major contracts, leading sales teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in the industrial sector. Karl has a strong educational background with degrees from Cranfield School of Management, City and East London Business College, and Bexley and Erith Technical High School.
