Dan Pikos has extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic planning, currently serving in these roles at Rubix since January 2018, focusing on strategy, capital allocation, and investor relations. Prior to Rubix, Dan worked at PwC UK in finance consulting and M&A from November 2014 to January 2018, providing advisory services across various stages of mergers and acquisitions. Dan held the position of VP of Corporate Finance and FP&A at O3B Networks from November 2012 to October 2014, overseeing global FP&A processes and treasury management, which included refinancing efforts for a substantial funding round. Dan's career includes leadership roles as Finance Director at LM Wind Power and multiple CFO positions at Royal Philips Electronics, where responsibilities spanned financial planning, cash management, and operational optimization. Dan began the financial career as a Corporate Financial Analyst at Sitraco SA and as a Finance Manager Assistant at Eli Lilly and holds an MSc in Finance and Accounting from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Economics from the University of La Verne.
