Darren Smart

Darren Smart is a seasoned professional in the Mechanical Power Transmission and Fluid Power sectors, currently serving as Group Category Director at Rubix since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading strategic direction and performance across 20+ European markets. Prior to this role, Darren held the position of Group Product Director at ERIKS from February 2023 to May 2025, overseeing Power Transmission product categories that represented over 25% of the group's turnover.
