Ellen Q.

Ellen Q. is a Software Engineer on the developer experience team at Rubrik as of August 2023, following a tenure as a Research Assistant at Yale University where research focused on large language models and their applications in the van Dijk lab. Prior to this, Ellen held the position of Undergraduate Learning Assistant for an Artificial Intelligence course at Yale and completed a Software Engineering Internship at Rubrik, Inc. in the Engineering Infrastructure Team. Ellen's research background includes cancer genomics studies at the Gerstein Bioinformatics Lab at Yale, resulting in a co-authored publication in Molecular Cell, along with earlier research roles and publications during time at the University of North Texas and The University of Texas at Dallas. Ellen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Yale University, following a high school diploma from the Texas Academy of Mathematics and Science.
