Fares Nassif

Fares Nassif is an experienced leader in customer experience and technical support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Rubrik, Inc. since January 2018. With a career spanning over two decades, Fares has held significant roles at notable organizations including Symantec, where responsibilities included global oversight of development support, customer success, and critical account management, leading to enhanced customer satisfaction and organizational efficiencies. Fares previously directed support escalations and critical accounts at Blue Coat Systems, where a strong customer-centric culture was developed. Earlier positions include directing customer support at Packeteer, Inc., and management of engineering teams at Marconi/Fore Systems/Alantec. Fares holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cleveland State University.
