Girish Pujari

Girish Pujari is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the Distributed File System and Platform Software team at Rubrik, Inc. since July 2019. Previously, Girish served as Director of Engineering at Veritas Technologies LLC from 2017 to 2019, overseeing the development of innovative data management solutions and a micro-services architecture for hyper-converged systems. From 2008 to 2016, Girish held the position of Director of Engineering at Symantec, managing multiple engineering functions globally and delivering customer-centric features across the Veritas Storage portfolio. Earlier experience includes roles at VERITAS Software Corp. as a Principal Software Engineer where important storage management features were developed. Girish holds a Master of Engineering in Software Systems from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
