Heena Koya

Heena Koya is a seasoned internal audit professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as Director of Internal Audit at Rubrik, Inc. since January 2023, Koya previously held the same position at Twitter from July 2015 to November 2022. Previous roles include Internal Audit Manager at First Republic Bank, Manager at Apollo Global Management LLC, and Associate at Goldman Sachs. Koya started the career as an Analyst in Treasury Product Control at Credit Suisse and began in auditing with Grant Thornton as an Audit Associate. Koya holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Pace University and has completed management programs at UCLA Anderson School of Management and Harvard Business School Online.
