Mallika Swaminathan

Mallika Swaminathan currently serves as Senior Director of Growth - Strategic Partnerships & SaaS App Incubation at Rubrik, having previously held the role of Director of GTM Strategy & Ops. In this capacity, Mallika has led the company to become Microsoft's top partner in the US and ranked second worldwide, contributing to significant revenue growth in the SaaS data protection segment. Prior to Rubrik, Mallika worked at Palo Alto Networks as Lead of Corporate & GTM Strategy, where strategies for new products were developed, and at Deloitte in various roles focused on customer strategy and operations. Mallika's earlier experience includes pricing and marketing roles at Virgin Mobile Canada and Bell Mobility, complemented by academic credentials including a Bachelor of Science from McGill University and an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business.
