Marcus Henderson

Marcus Henderson is an experienced technology professional with a background in customer success and technical support. Currently serving as an Advisory Platform Solutions Architect and Team Lead at Rubrik since October 2017, Marcus has advanced through multiple roles including Senior and Platform Solutions Architect. Prior to Rubrik, Marcus gained valuable experience at Dell EMC from June 2014 to October 2017, where responsibilities included serving as a Technical Support Engineer II and providing specialized support for the EMC Data Protection Suite and Avamar software. Earlier career positions included iOS Technical Support Advisor at Apple, Magnolia Sales Lead at Best Buy, and Research Assistant at the College of Charleston, where Marcus also held a Resident Assistant role. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Charleston, obtained in 2012.
