Rob Singh

Rob Singh is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with extensive experience in the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) regions. Currently serving as the Head of Talent for Rubrik, Inc., Rob leads the talent team across multiple countries including Australia, Japan, and India. Previously, Rob held the position of APAC Head of Talent Acquisition at Anaplan, where significant contributions included establishing the HR function in the region. With experience at leading organizations such as Cisco, Accenture, and Tesla Motors, Rob has consistently driven talent strategies focused on recruitment and organizational performance. Rob holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in International Finance from Hult International Business School, and has completed the Global HR Leaders Program at the National University of Singapore.
