Stephanie Castro is an experienced professional in early talent and diversity recruitment programs. Currently serving as the Manager and Lead of Early Talent Programs at Rubrik, Inc. since August 2021, Stephanie previously held multiple roles in University and Diversity Programs at SurveyMonkey from August 2018 to August 2021, including Program Manager II and Program Manager.
