Tianmi Fang

Tianmi Fang is a Senior User Researcher at Rubrik, Inc. since April 2023, with prior experience as a Senior UX Designer/Researcher at Shutterfly, Inc. from January 2019 to February 2023. At Shutterfly, Tianmi designed an innovative photo book creation experience, leading to notable increases in new user orders and reductions in creation time, while also enhancing the photo uploading experience through user studies. Previous roles include UX Researcher positions at Zhejiang University and Alibaba Group, where Tianmi focused on user research to improve user experience and interaction design. Tianmi holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design and Applied Psychology from Zhejiang University.
