Courtney Dibianca

Courtney DiBianca is an experienced retail management professional currently serving as the Store Manager at Ruby and Jenna since September 2019. Previously, Courtney held the Store Manager position at South Moon Under from December 2018 to June 2019 and worked as an Associate Recruiter at Pathfinders from April 2018 to December 2018. Earlier experience includes being an Associate District Manager at ADP and progressing through various roles at South Moon Under from May 2014 to March 2017, including Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associate. Additionally, Courtney worked in event services at Icona Resorts and served as Head Coach for the Blue Ridge Lacrosse Club. Courtney began a career in hospitality as a waitress at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza from September 2010 to August 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Public Relations from the University of Lynchburg, earned between 2011 and 2015.
