Mia Pavese

Mia Pavese has a diverse background in hospitality and event management, currently serving as a Hostess at Ruby since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Supervisor de Front Office and Recepcionista Polyvalente at MAMA SHELTER from November 2021 to September 2023, and Event Organizer at Plank Shows from April 2021 to December 2021. Additional experience encompasses working as a Vendedor desportista at Decathlon Portugal, Promotor de eventos at Promóbidos, Lda, and an internship at Team Dynamics Portugal. Mia Pavese holds a degree in Gestão do Lazer e Animação Turística along with Gestão e Planejamento de Eventos from the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Gestão Estratégica de Eventos at the same institution. Education also includes a Baccalauréat L from Lycée Français François Mitterand.
