Rich Keating

Rich Keating has extensive experience in business operations, sales management, and coaching across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations at Ruby since November 2020, Rich previously held multiple roles at Evanta, a Gartner Company, where contributions focused on program management for leadership development. At OnCourse Learning, Rich built and led a successful Inside Sales team while managing over $1.5 million in total revenue. Furthermore, Rich's background includes ten years at InsideTrack, where expertise in executive coaching and enrollment management was developed. Rich commenced a career at CorVel Corporation and holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Lewis & Clark College and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Warner Pacific University.
