Michael Wright

Michael Wright possesses extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Sr. Director of Operations at Ruby Tuesday and Joe's Crab Shack since November 2018 and July 2015, respectively. Previously, Michael held the title of Director of Operations at Joes Crab Shack Restaurants from 2010 to 2015, earning the distinction of Director of the Year in 2014. Additionally, Michael is the Founder and President of Hospitality Dunn Wright, Inc., providing consulting services for independently owned restaurant companies since January 2006. Prior to these roles, Michael served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Red Lobster from 1985 to 2006, overseeing operations for 93 restaurants and leading corporate change initiatives. Michael's career includes various operational leadership positions, starting as General Manager at Inland Foods Inc. and progressing through roles including Area Supervisor and Operations Director. Academic credentials include studies at the University of Colorado Boulder and Northwood University.
