Svetlana Nagornaya

Svetlana Nagornaya began their work experience in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager at Poligon. After working there for 7 months, they transitioned to Nowy Styl Group in 2016, assuming the role of Human Resources Manager. Since March 2021, they have been employed as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at RubyGarage, a software development company focusing on enterprise organizations and startup applications.

Svetlana Nagornaya completed their education from 2009 to 2015 at Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics. Svetlana obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management during this period.
