Naomi Truax

Naomi Truax is a skilled professional in the venture capital and product sectors, currently serving in a product role at RubyWell since September 2024. Naomi has been a member of Global Women in VC since September 2021 and previously held various positions at Loeb.nyc from June 2020 to July 2025, including Senior Associate, Associate, Venture Analyst, and Venture Consultant. During this time, Naomi transitioned from an intern to a full-time position, conducting industry research and contributing to the development of startup incubation initiatives. Prior experience includes a Venture Capital Internship, where Naomi produced reports on pitch decks and competitive landscapes, and a Summer Internship at Equal Citizens, where research and writing on democratic issues were key responsibilities. Naomi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Jurisprudence, and Social Thought from Amherst College, where involvement included rowing and political activities.
