Justina Ogden

Justina Ogden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal contracts management and systems engineering. Currently serving as Federal Contracts Program Manager at Ruchman and Associates, Inc. since July 2016, Justina has previously held key roles at Fusion Technology LLC, including Systems Engineer and Change Management Lead, as well as Biometric Subject Matter Expert III at International Biometric Group. Justina's career began at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where a position as Fingerprint Examiner contributed to foundational expertise in biometric systems. Justina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from West Virginia University.
