Michael Allen

Michael Allen possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and program management, with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as Program Manager at Ruchman and Associates, Inc. since July 2017, Michael previously held the position of Agency Manager at FSA for a brief period in 2017. Michael's notable tenure at the Drug Enforcement Administration includes roles such as Assistant Special Agent in Charge from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing interagency efforts against Transnational Organized Crime and managing the DEA's Wire Tap Program. Earlier, Michael served as a Criminal Investigator with the Department of Justice, focusing on cyber and pharmaceutical investigations. Additional experience includes managing a law enforcement group in Kentucky while serving as Resident Agent in Charge. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Frostburg State University, supplemented by further studies at the University of Maryland.
