Patti Henneke

Patti Henneke has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Patti started their career in 1996 at BEA Systems as the VP HR, where they played a key role in guiding the HR organization through transformation. Following their time at BEA Systems, they worked at Lee Hecht Harrison as an Associate Trainer & Coach for a brief period. In 2009, Patti joined Raytheon Applied Signal Technology as the HR Director, responsible for supporting Leadership VPs and integrating 800 employees into Raytheon Corporation. Since 2013, they have been working at Ruckus Networks as the Senior Director of Human Resources. Throughout their career, Patti has showcased their expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, development, compensation, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Patti Henneke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University.
