Emanuel Santos

Emanuel Santos currently holds the position of Account Director and Head of the Financial Services practice at Rud Pedersen Public Affairs, where management involves coordinating a team of eight consultants across 14 client accounts and leading the ESG Task Force. In addition, Santos serves as the Senior Account Manager and Head of Secretariat at DT4C Alliance, acting as the primary liaison for members with EU and international policymakers in the AML/CFT sector. Previous experience includes senior consulting roles at Afore Consulting, where strategic campaigns focused on Sustainable Finance and the European Green Deal, as well as parliamentary assistant roles within the European Parliament, contributing to various committees and external relations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in EU International Relations from the College of Europe and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade do Minho, complemented by an Erasmus exchange at Izmir University of Economics.
