Lucas Hulleberg

Lucas Hulleberg is an experienced sales development leader currently serving as the Head of Sales Development at RudderStack since May 2024. Prior to this role, Lucas worked as a GTM Consultant at The Duckbill Group for a brief period in April 2024. From February to December 2023, Lucas held the position of Director of Sales Development at Labelbox, and from October 2022 to January 2023, served in the same capacity at Astronomer. Lucas's extensive experience also includes a significant tenure at Sisense from October 2015 to September 2022, during which roles included Director of Sales Development, Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales Development for the US and Canada, Manager of Enterprise Sales Development for the US, Account Executive, and Sales Development Representative. Earlier in the career, Lucas worked as an IT & Digital Marketing Recruiter at Robert Half from December 2014 to October 2015. Lucas Hulleberg graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Hamilton College, and also has educational experiences at Minzu University of China and The Park School of Baltimore.
