Wayne Goodwin

Wayne Goodwin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Wayne currently holds the position of Product Specialist at RudderStack since February 2023. Prior to that, they worked as Mid-Market Sales Development at Gong from September 2022 to February 2023. Before transitioning to the tech industry, Wayne was the Founder and Head of Ecommerce at Evolve Travel Goods from March 2018 to July 2022. Wayne also has experience in the education sector, having worked as a Biology Teacher and Approaches to Learning Lead at the International School of Stuttgart e.V. from August 2017 to June 2022. Wayne also worked as a Biology Teacher at Amadeus International School Vienna from August 2016 to July 2017 and at Beijing City International School from July 2014 to July 2016. Wayne started their professional career as an Educator at HOMEBUSH BOYS HIGH SCHOOL from January 2012 to April 2014. Wayne also gained experience as a Duty Manager at Event Cinemas from January 2007 to January 2014.

Wayne Goodwin completed their education in two stages. From 2007 to 2011, they attended UNSW and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Exercise Physiology. Following that, they pursued further studies at the University of Technology Sydney between 2011 and 2012, earning a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and Teaching.

In addition to their formal education, Wayne obtained certification as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in July 2022.
