Ivan Tapia

Ivan Tapia is an experienced mechanical estimator and cost engineer currently employed at Rudolph and Sletten since June 2016. Over the years, Ivan has held multiple titles including Senior Mechanical Cost Engineer and Mechanical Cost Engineer. Prior experience includes a role as a CAD Drafter at Walters & Wolf in early 2015, where Ivan was responsible for calculating glass dimensions and quantities for building structures. From March 2010 to August 2013, Ivan worked as a draftsman at JM Construction and Engineering, developing shop fabrication drawings and managing the fabrication process. Ivan's career began in the United States Air Force, where from October 2006 to February 2009, Ivan served as a Structures Apprentice, maintaining various structural aspects of a base station. Ivan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from San Jose State University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Merced Community College District.
