Ryan Lippi

Ryan Lippi has extensive experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry, particularly with Rudolph and Sletten where Ryan held various roles from Field Engineer to Project Manager from September 2015 to present. Responsibilities included managing field operations, coordinating meetings, conducting quality assurance/quality control, and overseeing specialized construction tasks such as drywall, acoustical ceilings, and resilient flooring. Prior experience includes an internship as a Project Engineer at Rudolph and Sletten, focusing on inspection logs and LEED credits, as well as a Pre-Construction Internship at Pankow Builders, assisting with material take-offs and BIM processes. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental Design with a concentration in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Additionally, Ryan's diverse background includes coaching high school basketball and working as a Warehouse Assistant, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills.
