Prior to this role, Oscar held the position of general sales manager at Saturn of El Paso from December 1995 to December 1998 and previously worked as a used car manager at Team Casa Bargain Lot from January 1988 to November 1995. Oscar holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP).
