Stephen Vitch

Stephen Vitch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephen started their career as a Census Analyst at Statistics Canada in 2010. Stephen then worked as a Financial Analyst at Aura Minerals in 2013, where they were responsible for building an Enterprise Performance Management system and optimizing cash flow. In 2014, they joined Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada as a Senior Aerospace and Defense Analyst, leading analyses for large defense procurement projects and training a team of 6. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the President of the Capital Markets Mentorship Program at the Telfer School of Management. Since 2016, Stephen has been the Vice President of Business Development at Rudram Engineering, Inc.
