Sophie Mroczko

Sophie Mroczko is an experienced general manager currently overseeing operations at Rudy's Pizza Napoletana since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mroczko served as general manager at Mowgli Street Food from March 2020 to February 2024, and held the positions of deputy manager and assistant manager at The Lost And Found between May 2016 and February 2020. Mroczko's career began at iNTERTAIN Ltd, where responsibilities included assistant manager and venue supervisor from September 2010 to April 2016. Mroczko holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration from the University of Wolverhampton, completed in 2014.
